Sunil Rao is a Tech Intrapreneur and Strategist; He enjoys building teams, designing innovative go-to-market strategies and running strong operations to bring them to life. Over the last 12 years, he has built a strong reputation as a driver of change across high performing sales, operations and business teams at Google, Microsoft and a tech business that he co-founded. He has also led projects and programs centered around sales and channel expansion with a strong flavour of operations excellence. He also has an MBA with specialization in Strategy and Organization from the National University of Singapore.

Technology with a focus on Media and Cloud

Darshini Santhanam has over 15 years of experience enabling and developing individuals, teams and organizations to achieve sales growth in the digital technology space. With a focus on learning & development and marketing, her breadth of experience stretches across sales, sales development, program management, support and operations.
She has led teams and has held business critical leadership roles at Google and Microsoft, across the APAC and EMEA regions and even run global teams. She is currently leading a global team dedicated to Cloud Learning Innovations and Incubations, tasked to enable future talent for the industry and advise on Talent Transformation for enterprise.

Darshini is especially passionate about driving equality and inclusiveness, both in the workplace and beyond. She is heavily engaged in corporate diversity initiatives, has founded the 'Women of Cloud' Lean In circle in Singapore, mentors and trains foreign domestic workers at Aidha, and actively engages in her executive role on the Singapore Business and Professional Women's Association.

Outside of work, you'll find her outdoors with her two kids and two dogs, taking time to learn something new, or simply just running, swimming, or diving

Education, Leaning & Development (Civil Service Sector)

Ivan Ann is a MOE school teacher with over 8 years of experience having taught in a junior college, a girls' school, a boys' school and a coed school.

He specialises in the teaching of Humanities, most notably in World History, Singapore History, Current Affairs and Social Studies.

With a passion for teaching and bringing out the best in his students, he aims to bring these subjects to life both in the classroom and at home (during Home Based Learning) with interesting pedagogy and even through his own personalised YouTube videos. His belief is that forging positive relationships with students is the foundation to effective learning as students, regardless of age, are most open to learning when they have a positive and trusted relationship with their coaches, mentors and teachers.

Ivan studied in the UK and USA for 5 years and has a Masters in Management, Organisations and Governance and a Bachelors with Honours in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). He also obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Institute of Education (NIE) upon returning to Singapore from London. He hopes to inspire the future generation to strive for a vision and create an impact.

Mechanical, aircraft engineering, pharmaceutical sales & marketing

Christian Eber has devoted much of his life to engineering sales and marketing. After National Service, he started working with an air-conditioning company before joining SIA Engineering as an aircraft technician. Christian started a refrigeration engineering company in 2003. After his grandfather’s passing, Christian sold the company and went on to set up CE Engineering (in memory of his grandfather) in 2004 to promote energy efficient air-conditioning and heat pump systems. He also registered CE Engineering as a social enterprise in 2014 with a special focus on developing the youth at risk and ex-offenders.

Christian has a BSc degree in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University  and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.  He currently works in a global pharmaceutical company in the area of marketing and sales of Oncology therapeutics and serves as a board director of the social enterprise.

Christian loves to engage in dialogue about inclusiveness among diverse cultures and also takes part in triathlons as part a balanced lifestyle.   

Environment & Sustainability

Meet Elliott Ong, h

is passion is in wildlife conservation using a mixture of field research, educational outreach and photography as a tool for encouraging positive change in Southeast Asia. He strongly believes in good science communication and has experience in working with international collaborators on a wide range of projects from tropical ecology, the wildlife trade, sustainable food, wildlife filmmaking to nature guiding.

Professional Growth & Transformation

Jeffrey Angus is an organisational psychologist, who has spent much of his career in leadership development and helping organisations such as Siemens, Allianz and IKEA foster a more inclusive environment.

He is driven by a strong sense of discovery and adventure - and has lived and worked in over 6 countries, including Germany, India, Sweden and Thailand, where he is now based. In 2016, Jeffrey completed the Camino de Santiago, an 800km sojourn across Spain on foot in 38 days. As a seasoned nomad, he finds that every new situation is a golden opportunity to learn and unlearn many things. In doing so, he is quick to adapt to new and unknown situations.

Jeffrey is also an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. He started coaching in 2017 and has since helped individuals from all walks of life, including middle managers, high-potentials, young graduates and youths in their own personal transformation. He is passionate about personal growth, health and well-being, and spirituality.

Jeffrey graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich with a Masters of Science in Industrial, Organisational and Social Psychology and speaks fluent German.

Public Sector

Christopher Gordon is a civil servant by profession, and is currently serving as Acting Director (Messaging & Engagement) in the Media Division of the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI). He leads a team which oversees coordination of Whole of Government messaging and media engagement. 

 

Chris received the Public Service Commission’s Overseas Merit Scholarship (Foreign Service) in 2002, and obtained a BA (2nd Upper Honours) and a Masters in Engineering from Christ’s College, Cambridge University. 

 

He started his career with the Singapore Government in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) where he served first as Country Officer in the Middle East Directorate, before being posted overseas to the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi as First Secretary (Political). 

He subsequently served stints in the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) where he worked on local workforce planning policies, strategic planning and public sector transformation efforts; and in the Prime Minister’s Office (Communications Group) where he worked on enhancing last-mile communications and engagement for the Government.

Danni Jay Luke Danis is a Management Consultant & a Digital Technologist who’s also a Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CGMA, CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP®️) by training. He started his career in the Big4 in the subsequently ventured out into the Management Consulting space. His experience covers a wide variety of areas such as Analytics, Business Process Improvement, Corporate Governance, Digital & Technology, Risk Management and Portfolio management.

His cross-sector and various consulting project exposure has given him experience in a multitude of organizational projects such as being involved in a Digital Transformation project covering activations of over 200 Digital assets and eCommerce activations, Financial Statement reviews, a Pre-IPO Assurance assignment with a focused scope of work on US-GAAP and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliant Assurance methodology/framework, Organizational Process improvement programs, Organizational Governance projects, and Project Management activities.

“I love learning, growing, pushing through life, doing new things, and making people smile.” He’s also an aspiring chef, entertainer and enjoys travelling and plane spotting.

 

Wildlife & Animal Conservancy

Say hello to, Inez, she’s currently pursuing her final year at the NUS where she’s studying Environmental Studies, with a specialisation in biology. Her passion lies in marine conservation and environmental education, and she’s been an educator and nature guide for intertidal areas in Singapore for the past 3 years. Last year, she was based at the Shark Lab in the Bahamas where she assisted in shark and ray research along with being involved in education and outreach. she’s currently conducting a study on coral reef predators (ie. sharks) in Singapore as part of my final year project.
