A one-stop shop for Youths to reach out to Industry Professionals to help address their questions about a particular industry, career path, type of work or just to help review their resumes. Check out the programme’s key highlights!
The Eurasian Association, Singapore’s #YOUthGotThis mentorship programme is a new initiative introduced to support students and youth in the 21st century working world. Aimed at guiding our youth into transitioning into a new stage of life, this programme is an experience and knowledge based interactive platform where our youth can connect with working professionals to understand how to navigate career related challenges, what it is like working in certain industries or jobs, how to get their profiles noticed and learn insights about career management and personal branding.

Christopher Gordon
Christopher Gordon is a civil servant by profession, and is currently serving as Acting Director (Messaging & Engagement) in the Media Division of the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI). He leads a team which oversees coordination of Whole of Government messaging and media engagement..
Chris received the Public Service Commission’s Overseas Merit Scholarship (Foreign Service) in 2002, and obtained a BA (2nd Upper Honours) and a Masters in Engineering from Christ’s College, Cambridge University.
Danni Jay Luke Danis
Danni Jay Luke Danis is a Management Consultant who is a Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CPA, CGMA, PMP®, CDMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP®️) by training.
He started his career in the Big4 and subsequently ventured out into the Management Consulting space. His experience covers a wide variety of areas such as Analytics, Business Process Improvement, Corporate Governance, Digital & Technology, Risk Management and Project/Programme/Portfolio management.
Darshini Santhanam
Darshini has over 15 years of experience enabling and developing individuals, teams and organisations to achieve sales growth in the digital technology space. She has led teams and has held business critical leadership roles at Google and Microsoft, across the APAC and EMEA regions and even run global teams. She is currently leading a global team dedicated to Cloud Learning Innovations and Incubations, tasked to enable future talent for the industry and advise on Talent Transformation for enterprise.
